Common questions
- Charges: Bounty only charges the stake you set when a commitment isn't met. If you believe a charge was made in error, email us before disputing it and we'll review it in good faith.
- Payment methods: add or remove a card anytime from the Settings screen in the app. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Deleting your account: you can delete your account directly in the app from the Settings screen, or email us to request deletion.
- Managing a goal: create, view, and manage your goals from the Goals tab.
