Common questions
- Charges: Bounty only charges the stake you set when a commitment isn't met. If you believe a charge was made in error, email us before disputing it and we'll review it in good faith.
- Payment methods: add or remove a card anytime from the Settings screen in the app. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Deleting your account: you can delete your account directly in the app from the Settings screen. If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, use our public account deletion request form.
- Managing a goal: create, view, and manage your goals from the Goals tab.
